As our R&D centre has the capability to carry our all aspects of pre-clinical evaluation, we provide contract research services to other pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as sale of our R&D results and/or patents of new drugs to other pharmaceutical manufacturers (please see pages 93 to 95 of this
Prospectus under the heading “Research and Development” for further details). We mainly sell R&D results and patents of drugs which are not in our main business focus.
